Compassionate Release of Super (CRS) Application Process
Once you have been signed up as a client, you can begin the CRS application process. In order to process the CRS claim, SuperCare will contact the dental clinic to request a supporting letter. The CRS form must also be signed by a general practitioner.
SuperCare Eligibility Consultation
You will be contacted by a SuperCare consultant via the contact information you have provided. If you would like to inquire about the status of your referral and eligibility, you can call SuperCare directly at 1300 665 440.
ATO Assessment & Approval
Following the lodgement with the ATO, the application assessment can take up to 10 business days. Our clinic is notified as soon as the application is approved. It takes 5-7 business days for the funds to be released.
